JP's Story
T1D challenges me everyday of my life. I’ve learned to make smarter choices while managing myself during the 27 years of being a t1d. My diet is mostly plant based & alcohol free. I’m currently on the #670g & the #Guardian3. Every Morning I check my BG & calibrate. Usually BG & SG are within 10points.. Maintaining a strict schedule during the day holding myself accountable keeps my BG within range. Those of us that are on the #670g remain positive during the challenging days. Tools that help me balance my t1d include #peloton #yogaglo #meditation @hipsobriety @laura_mckowen #golf #tennis & walking my dog. Creating, reading & learning new things helps me be ME!
